The steps below walk you through the device registration process. Duo will ask you for an authentication method the next time you log in to your account if you do not finish registering a device on initial login you will need to contact the Help Desk to assist you in accessing your account. You must complete device registration before you are able to log in. If you are logging into a system that requires 2FA and you have not yet enrolled, you will be prompted to register a device. While the app is free, the App store may require you to enter your credentials to complete the app download.
